Zoom (most browsers)

Hold [Ctrl] and press [+] to increase size (zoom in). Press [+] repeatedly to keep zooming in.
Hold [Ctrl] and press [-] to decrease size (zoom out). Press [-] repeatedly to keep zooming out.

Magnifier

Enlarges different parts of the screen and is part of the Ease of Access Center.

To open it quickly, click Start, and then type Magnifier

Mac

In most browsers you can hold [Command+] together to increase  text and image size.

To decrease the size hold [Command] and [–].

Press the minus sign while you hold the Command key to zoom out. Press the minus sign repeatedly to keep zooming out.
