Axwell Park Survey

During the last AGM, many owners said that they were not satisfied with the condition of the estate. There were complaints about the play park, tennis court, and upkeep of the park in general. Owners asked the committee to review the proposed 2022 Levy of £80, as most felt that an £80 levy would not cover the required expenditure to bring the estate appearance and amenities up to the standard we all hope to see.

Owners asked the committee to look at what spending was required, and propose a budget, with associated levy, to be discussed at a future Extraordinary General Meeting. The EGM has been organised for Monday 27th June, so please look out for further information coming soon about the meeting time and location.

There have been many interesting ideas already put forward to the committee, but we would like to get everyone’s views into the mix. We have put together this short survey so that you can let us know what is important to your household. The survey should take no more than two minutes to complete and will help us determine what residents feel is most important.

At the EGM, the Committee will put forward a plan of action based upon the results of this survey. This is your opportunity to have your say about our estate.

Please complete by 26th May.
