As required by law the Trustees hold the legal title to the common land of the Estate. This comprises the roads, verges, woodland, lake and field including the play area and tennis court.

The Trustees are required to act on the wishes of the Owners and must act unanimously. It is not necessary for Trustees to be Committee Members.
